1. General provisions
 
The internet service of the progresdisplays.pl online store operating at www.progresdisplays.pl is operated and managed by :  KADE Dawid Szydłowski Krzysztof Pacura sc. based in Przyborów 353 32-823 Szczepanów. NIP:8691982569 REGON:123053194
 
2. Terms of use
 
1.Using the service of the online store, and in particular placing orders, means acceptance of the regulations and privacy policy of the service available at progresdisplays.pl.
 
2.Placing orders on the site is possible only after creating a customer account.
 
3.Technical requirements for proper operation of the service:
  • Web browser:
- Chrome 25 or newer
 
 - Firefox 20 or newer
 
 - Internet Explorer 10 or newer
  • JS scripting enabled
  • Acceptance of cookies
 
3. Customer Account
  • In order to carry out the purchasing process and to process an order, it is required to create a customer account on the web store's website
  • A customer account in the online store can be established by individuals and companies.
  • When registering a customer account of the online store, it is required to agree to accept the provisions of these Regulations and Privacy Policy by checking the appropriate checkbox.
  • The data entered during the creation of a customer account can be edited by the customer using the Edit Data functionality available after logging in to the website or by submitting a written request in electronic form to the address:  KADE, Przyborów 353 32-823 Szczepanów
  • The online store stipulates that the data entered during registration may be stored and used in the course of order processing and, in the case of expressing additional, optional consent, for marketing purposes.
 
4. Placing orders
 
1.To place an order, you must log in to the customer account of the online printing house. Filling out the order form and sending it is equivalent to ordering the service. 
 
2.Orders in the online store system are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
 
3.The order processing time in each case is calculated from the moment of acceptance of the design files necessary for the correct implementation of the service until the moment of receipt of the shipment by the courier or readiness for company transport / personal collection. 
 
4.The process of verification of design files begins after the customer meets the following conditions:
  • uploading files to the server using the functionality of the online printing house system
  • making payment for the service (in case of choosing the following payment methods: dotpay.pl, Transfer to account).
 
5. Payment methods
 
1.The forms of payment accepted by the online store are made available for the customer's knowledge and choice at the stage of order placement. 
 
2.Depending on the parameters of the order, the supported forms of payment are:
  • dotpay.pl
  • Transfer on account
  • Cash on delivery payment
  • Payment in cash on delivery
6 Delivery methods
 
1.The delivery methods accepted by the online printing house are made available for the customer's knowledge and choice at the stage of order placement. 
 
2.Depending on the parameters of the order, the supported delivery methods are:
  • Courier delivery
  • Personal collection
7. Printing materials
 
1.Design works for products should be uploaded as JPG, CDR, AI ,PSD or PDF files. The works are verified by an employee of the online printing shop for correctness regarding the size of the design and color information.
 
2.The online store does not check the works for correctness of language, content and does not make any modifications to the customers' works. 
 
3.The customer bears full responsibility for any defects in the works delivered - in particular, legal defects arising from the content and form of works delivered for printing and designs made to his order, and including any violation of copyright and other rights of third parties.
 
8. Complaints
 
1.Complaints will be considered only if sent in writing in electronic form to: biuro@progresdisplays.pl within 14 working days of receipt of the order item.
 
2.Complaints about damage to shipments in transit must be reported to the courier at the time of receipt of goods. The consignee is obliged to draw up a complaint protocol with the participation of the courier of the shipping company delivering the shipment and immediately notify in writing. Complaints that do not meet the stated procedure will not be considered. The shipping company is the main decision maker in this matter.
 
3.Complaints can be filed up to 14 days after delivery. After this time, the complaint of a particular service will not be considered. It takes up to 14 working days to process a complaint. If the complaint is accepted, the full print run of the advertised order must be returned.
 
4.Complaints about the difference in the color of printouts with the color of the sent files for printing, which are due to the difference in the setting of the parameters of the Client's monitor, in particular the difference in colors and shades, do not constitute grounds for return and complaint about the goods.
 
5.If the reason for the complaint is the differences in color from the Client's expectations, then the complaint can be recognized only if a proof - digital proof - was provided to the printing house by the Client before printing.
 
9. Right of withdrawal of the consumer from a contract concluded at a distance
 
1.A consumer who has concluded a remote contract has the right to withdraw from it, without giving any reason within 14 days. In order to withdraw from a contract concluded in this manner, the Consumer should send an appropriate statement to the e-mail address: biuro@progresdisplays.pl within 14 days.
 
2.In the case of withdrawal from the contract for the performance of the product, such contract is considered not concluded, and the Consumer is released from all contractual provisions. Refunds will be made no later than 14 days from the date of return of the goods by the Consumer.
 
3.Reimbursement of the cost of the goods and shipping will be made by bank transfer to the bank account indicated by the Consumer in the statement of withdrawal from the purchase contract.
 
4.The Consumer is only obliged to cover the cost of shipping the goods returned to the Store.
 
5.The right of withdrawal from a contract concluded remotely does not apply to the Consumer in the case of a purchase contract, the object of which is a product manufactured according to the Consumer's design.
 
10. Final provisions
 
1.The court competent to resolve any disputes arising between the Printing House and the Client will be the local court competent for the registered office of the Online Store.
 
2.In matters not regulated by these Regulations the provisions of the Civil Code, provisions of the Act on providing services by electronic means and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
